Plan first, then try the beds

What happens on delivery day in Seegräben
We get in touch beforehand, arrive within the agreed time window and carry the parts to where they're going. Assembly happens on site, and we take the packaging material away again. The old bed goes onto the same van, free of charge, and we dispose of it. The bed is then ready to use. We work this way Switzerland-wide with our own team, usually within 48 hours of availability – and we check that on the day, because it changes daily. Do you come to Seegräben for a consultation?
Yes. The first visit to your home is standard practice and free of charge. We assess the situation on site, clarify measurements, access and wishes, and then deliver an initial concept. Whether that turns into an order is your decision, made in your own time – it costs you nothing either way.
Do I need to make an appointment for the showroom?
No. Nüschelerstrasse 30 in Zurich is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, five minutes' walk from Main Station. Trying the beds and sofas is possible without an appointment, across 430 m² of showroom space and in four languages.
How quickly is it delivered?
Usually within 48 hours, as soon as the model is available and the appointment is set. Stock items go out directly on payment, ordered items need production time. We tell you in advance which applies to your model of choice – we check availability on the day, because it changes constantly.
Can I pay in instalments?
Part payment is possible: a deposit on order, the balance before delivery to Seegräben. For stock items, payment is made and delivery follows directly. We put the terms in writing beforehand, so nothing is left open. We answer any questions by phone or at the free first visit to your home.
