Contact Form and Appointment Requests

If you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally phone number and preferred appointment date, as well as your message) in order to respond to your enquiry. The notification to us is sent via the technical service provider Resend. The data is retained only for as long as necessary to handle your request and for the business relationship.

We use Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA) to send our newsletter. Your email address is transmitted to Mailchimp and stored there. You can revoke your subscription at any time via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter.

Web Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

This website uses Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Ltd. to statistically analyse how the website is used (e.g. pages visited, time spent, approximate origin). Google Analytics 4 does not store complete IP addresses. The analyses help us improve our offering.

Google Ads

From time to time we run advertising via Google Ads. This may involve conversion measurement that records whether a visit resulted from an ad. This does not create any personal profiles of individual visitors that are accessible to us.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

To measure the performance of advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), we use the Meta Pixel and the server-side Conversions API of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Events such as page views or submitted enquiries may be transmitted to Meta.

Hosting and Server Logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When the website is accessed, access data is generated for technical reasons (IP address, time of access, page accessed, browser information), which is processed to deliver and secure the service. Website content is delivered via the content management system Sanity (Sanity AS, Norway/USA).

Data Transfers Abroad

Some of the service providers mentioned process data in the USA or other third countries. Such transfers are based on the providers' applicable safeguards (in particular recognised data protection frameworks or standard contractual clauses).
