The first visit to your home is free of charge – so are the initial consultation and the initial concept that comes from it. We look at the room, the light, the floor plan and your existing furniture, take measurements and bring samples. You then know which models are even worth considering before you spend a single franc. Our own team, not a carrier
Delivery is handled by people who work for us and know the products – not by a changing carrier. That applies to Uster just as it does to the rest of Switzerland. You get one point of contact, an agreed appointment and, as a rule, 48 hours' lead time from availability. Assembly, taking the packaging away and the free removal of your old bed are all included. Frequently asked questions
Do you come to Uster for a consultation?
Yes. The first visit to your home is standard practice and free of charge. We assess the situation on site, clarify measurements, access and wishes, and then deliver an initial concept. Whether that turns into an order is your decision, made in your own time – it costs you nothing either way.
Do I need to make an appointment for the showroom?
No. Nüschelerstrasse 30 in Zurich is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, five minutes' walk from Main Station. Trying the beds and sofas is possible without an appointment, across 430 m² of showroom space and in four languages.
How quickly is it delivered?
Usually within 48 hours, as soon as the model is available and the appointment is set. Stock items go out directly on payment, ordered items need production time. We tell you in advance which applies to your model of choice – we check availability on the day, because it changes constantly.
Can I pay in instalments?
Part payment is possible: a deposit on order, the balance before delivery to Uster. For stock items, payment is made and delivery follows directly. We put the terms in writing beforehand, so nothing is left open. We answer any questions by phone or at the free first visit to your home.
