One trip instead of two appointments
A single trip is enough: setting up the new bed in Wetzikon, taking away the packaging and the old bed, all handled by our own team. There's no need for a second appointment for disposal. We deliver Switzerland-wide, and it usually takes 48 hours depending on the model's availability – the delivery date itself is agreed with you beforehand. The Same Process, Everywhere
The process is the same everywhere: the free first visit takes place at your home in Wetzikon, just as it does in Hinwil, Dürnten and Bubikon as well as in the municipalities in the Zurich Oberland, while delivery and assembly are later organised from the showroom in 8001 Zürich. A branch in Wetzikon is not part of it. Anyone who'd rather try the beds first can drop by without an appointment.

Why can't I find an address of yours in Wetzikon?
Because there isn't one: sales and advice run solely from the showroom in Zurich, Nüschelerstrasse 30. Our team still comes out for Wetzikon though – for the first visit, measuring up, delivery and assembly.
Do I have to speak German to get advice?
No, the team advises just as much in English, French and Italian, not only German. That applies to Wetzikon just as it does in the showroom: simply tell us which language suits you, and the right team member takes over.
How are the deposit and balance worked out?
We discuss the deposit, balance and delivery date before the order, so nothing is left open. That applies to deliveries to Wetzikon just as much as to stock items, which are delivered directly on payment.
Does the 48-hour rule also apply to Hinwil, Dürnten and Bubikon?
