Your old bed doesn't stay your problem: at delivery to Neerach we collect it at no charge and see to its proper disposal. Our own team handles delivery and assembly, usually within 48 hours of availability. The same removal applies to deliveries in the Zurich Unterland.
We come to you in Neerach
The first visit to your home is free of charge – so are the initial consultation and the initial concept that comes from it. We look at the room, the light, the floor plan and your existing furniture, take measurements and bring samples. You then know which models are even worth considering before you spend a single franc. Appointment first, delivery after
First we agree the appointment together, only then do we deliver to Neerach – not the other way round. Our own team assembles on site, clears away the packaging and the old bed, and disposes of the latter free of charge. As a rule, 48 hours pass from availability to delivery; that's a guideline, not a firm promise. Stock items go out directly on payment, while ordered items allow for part payment. Prefer to try the sofas first? Just drop by the showroom: Monday to Friday until 7 pm, Saturday until 6 pm.

Do you deliver to Neerach?
Yes. We deliver and assemble Switzerland-wide with our own team, usually within 48 hours of availability – Neerach included. We agree the appointment with you beforehand, assembly happens right where it's going, and we take the packaging away again. We don't use outside carriers for this.

What happens to my old bed?
We take it away at delivery, free of charge, and dispose of it properly. You don't need to have it dismantled or take it away yourself, and there's no need for a second appointment. Our team assembles the new bed, clears away the packaging and loads the old one on at the same time.
