Advice at Home or in the Showroom – Delivery to Höri
The showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30 is a five-minute walk from Zurich Main Station – so from Höri you need neither a parking space nor an appointment. We are open Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday 10 am to 6 pm, with beds to try and sofas to sit on included. Prefer to start at home? The first visit is free of charge for households in the Zurich Unterland, initial concept included.
Part payment: how it works
Ordered goods are paid in two steps: a deposit on order, the balance shortly before delivery to Höri. Stock items work differently – here payment happens before delivery, but it's usually quicker. Which applies, we clarify at the initial consultation, not at the till. We prefer to discuss any open questions about payment in person, whether by phone, at home or at Nüschelerstrasse 30.
Access and lift clarified beforehand
We clarify beforehand by phone what access looks like in Höri and whether there is a lift – that saves time on delivery day. Delivery and assembly are carried out Switzerland-wide by our own team, usually within 48 hours, counted from the model's availability. We also take care of disposing of your old bed at the same appointment, at no extra charge. For stock items, direct delivery on payment is possible; otherwise, a deposit on order with part payment is available on request. Our showroom stands at Nüschelerstrasse 30, 8001 Zürich; we have no premises of our own in Höri. Instead, the service comes to you, just as it does to Bülach, Bachenbülach and Hochfelden. The initial consultation, the first visit and the initial concept cost nothing; you then decide in your own time.

Yes, on request we advise in English at the first visit in Höri, as well as in French or Italian. Just mention it when arranging the appointment, and we'll plan accordingly.
What does the team bring to the first visit?
A tape measure and material samples, sometimes catalogues for specific models too. We record the room, the light, the floor plan and your wishes; the initial concept follows from that. The whole appointment is free of charge and commits you to nothing.
