Free disposal is standard, not an extra
Your old bed is properly disposed of every time our team sets up the new one in Elgg – at no extra charge and without a separate appointment. Switzerland-wide, our own people handle delivery and assembly, and it normally takes 48 hours from availability – the normal case, though not a promise for every model. For stock items, delivery on payment is possible directly; otherwise, a deposit on order can unlock part payment. We agree the exact appointment with you beforehand. Do you check access and lift before delivering to Elgg?
Yes, that's part of arranging the appointment. We ask beforehand about parking, stairwell, floor and lift, so the team knows what to expect on delivery day. If there's no lift, we plan extra time accordingly, instead of improvising on the day itself.
Can I see online what's currently in stock?
No, we deliberately don't keep a public stock list, because levels change constantly. A call or the free first visit is more reliable: there, we tell you on the day which model is immediately available for Elgg and which needs lead time.
Where is your shop, if not in Elgg?
