Frequently asked questions
Does delivery within 48 hours also apply to Elsau?
As a rule yes, once the model is available and an appointment is set – for Elsau just as for any other address in Switzerland. That's not a guarantee, though: some models need production time, and we tell you that before the purchase, not after.
Is my old bed disposed of properly, or just taken away?
Disposed of properly, not just taken away. Our team takes it with them, free of charge, at delivery to Elsau and handles the disposal. You don't need to drive to a collection point, have it dismantled, or arrange a second appointment.
Is your showroom also in Elsau, or only in Zurich?
Only in Zurich, at Nüschelerstrasse 30 – there's no second location in Elsau. Anyone who'd rather skip the trip gets the free first visit at home instead, complete with samples and an initial concept.
Do you also advise in French or Italian?
