Part payment: how it works
Ordered goods are paid in two steps: a deposit on order, the balance shortly before delivery to Zell ZH. Stock items work differently – here payment happens before delivery, but it's usually quicker. Which applies, we clarify at the initial consultation, not at the till. We prefer to discuss any open questions about payment in person, whether by phone, at home or at Nüschelerstrasse 30.
Appointments, payment, part payment
For stock items the rule is: payment first, then direct delivery to Zell ZH. For ordered items, part payment is available – pay a deposit when you order, then settle the balance before delivery. We agree the delivery date with you; our own team delivers and assembles Switzerland-wide, usually within 48 hours. Just drop by the showroom: Monday to Friday until 7 pm, Saturday until 6 pm.

Whether the address is in Zell ZH or in Turbenthal, Wila and Weisslingen makes no difference to us: our delivery and assembly team visits either way, usually within 48 hours of availability, and with free removal of your old bed when you buy one. The municipalities in the Winterthur region are also part of our service area. Do you run a branch office in Zell ZH?
No. Imperial Interiors works from a single location, the showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30 in Zurich. For Zell ZH, our team still handles everything on site: the first visit, measuring up, delivery and assembly – without you having to travel to Zurich yourself.
Do you also build made-to-measure furniture for Zell ZH?
For fitted units, kitchens and bathrooms we work with two partners: Italian Fit Out for made-to-measure furniture and Schreinerei Sümi for the craftsmanship. Measurements are taken at the free first visit to your home; you then receive an initial concept, from which models and a realistic timeframe can be worked out.
How do I know whether a model is immediately available?
We check that on the day, because stock levels change constantly. That's why Imperial Interiors deliberately doesn't promise instant availability online. If your model of choice is in stock, we deliver it straight to Zell ZH on payment; otherwise we give you the realistic date by phone.
What if access in Zell ZH is tight or there's no lift?
Tell us beforehand – by phone or at the first visit. Our team factors in access, stairwell and floor before the delivery date is set, so nothing comes as a surprise on the day itself. That applies to a detached house in Zell ZH just as much as to a fourth-floor flat with no lift.
