Imperial Interiors delivers and assembles Switzerland-wide with our own team – including to Winkel. The first visit to your home, the initial consultation and an initial concept cost nothing. We take your old bed away at delivery, free of charge, and dispose of it properly. Advice is available in German, English, French and Italian. For addresses in the Zurich Unterland, the same applies as everywhere: agreed appointments, one point of contact, no outside carriers.
From initial consultation to order
Step one: the initial consultation – by phone, in the showroom or free of charge at your home in Winkel. Step two: the initial concept with measurements, models and prices, also at no cost. Step three: trying the beds at Nüschelerstrasse 30, Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday 10 am to 6 pm, no appointment needed. Step four: the order, with part payment available on request – a deposit plus the balance before delivery. Advice is available throughout in German, English, French or Italian.
Appointments, payment, part payment
For stock items the rule is: payment first, then direct delivery to Winkel. For ordered items, part payment is available – a deposit on order, the balance before delivery. We agree the delivery date with you; our own team delivers and assembles Switzerland-wide, usually within 48 hours. What's available when, we check on the day, rather than making promises online that we can't keep. Give us a call and we'll tell you the realistic date. Can I drop by without an appointment?
Yes. The showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30 in Zurich is open on weekdays from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, five minutes' walk from Main Station. Across 430 m² you can try the beds and sofas without an appointment; advice is available in four languages.

Do you have stock items and part payment?
We keep beds and many other products in stock; if your model is among them, we deliver it straight to Winkel on payment. If it isn't, the agreed delivery time applies, and part payment with a deposit and balance before delivery is possible. We check availability on the day.
