What happens on delivery day in Rafz
We get in touch beforehand, arrive within the agreed time window and carry the parts to where they're going. Assembly happens on site, and we take the packaging material away again. The old bed goes onto the same van, free of charge, and we dispose of it. The bed is then ready to use. We work this way Switzerland-wide with our own team; how long it takes depends on availability – usually 48 hours, checked on the day, because the picture changes daily. Do I have to visit the showroom first, before someone comes to Rafz?
No, it works the other way round just as well: the free first visit to your home comes first, with no prior showroom visit needed. We look at the room and floor plan, take measurements and put together an initial concept. Only after that, if at all, is the trip to Zurich to try the beds worthwhile.
Do you have other locations besides Zurich, in Rafz for instance?
No, there are no other locations, only the showroom in Zurich. For customers from Rafz, that changes little in practice, since the first visit, measuring up, delivery and assembly all take place at your home anyway.
Can I compare several beds directly?
Yes, in the showroom the models stand side by side, so you can compare them by trying them straightaway, without travelling to several addresses. No appointment is needed for that; anyone travelling from Rafz is best planning around the opening hours, Monday to Friday or Saturday.
How exactly does the deposit work?
For ordered items you pay a deposit on order, with the balance before delivery to Rafz. For stock items this intermediate step is skipped, because delivery follows directly on payment. We discuss both options together before you commit.
