Measurements and samples, brought along
For the free first visit in Fischenthal we bring a tape measure, fabric samples and catalogues – not just a concept on paper. We record windows, doors and radiators, plus stairwell or lift access if the furniture has to go through there. We take the same care in Fischenthal as in the other municipalities of the district of Hinwil; our team sets the route in advance. The initial concept follows from the measurements, free of charge and with no obligation to order.
We take the old bed away
When we set up your new bed in Fischenthal, the old one disappears at the same time – collection and disposal cost you nothing. You don't need to have it dismantled, drive it to a collection point, or arrange a second appointment. Our team assembles the new bed, tidies up and takes the packaging and the old bed away on the same trip. Delivery is Switzerland-wide, usually within 48 hours of availability; the appointment is agreed with you beforehand. Part payment is available on request: a deposit on order, the balance before delivery. One Delivery and Assembly Team
The same delivery and assembly team is out and about for Fischenthal and for Bäretswil, Wald ZH and Bauma; we agree the appointment with you beforehand. We visit the municipalities in the Zurich Oberland with the same team. We keep no premises in Fischenthal — everything is at the showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30 in Zurich.

Do I have to visit the showroom first, before someone comes to Fischenthal?
No, it works the other way round just as well: the free first visit to your home comes first, with no prior showroom visit needed. We look at the room and floor plan, take measurements and put together an initial concept. Only after that, if at all, is the trip to Zurich to try the beds worthwhile.
Do you have other locations besides Zurich, in Fischenthal for instance?
No, there are no other locations, only the showroom in Zurich. For customers from Fischenthal, that changes little in practice, since the first visit, measuring up, delivery and assembly all take place at your home anyway.
Can I compare several beds directly?
Yes, in the showroom the models stand side by side, so you can compare them by trying them straightaway, without travelling to several addresses. No appointment is needed for that; anyone travelling from Fischenthal is best planning around the opening hours, Monday to Friday or Saturday.
How exactly does the deposit work?
For ordered items you pay a deposit on order, with the balance before delivery to Fischenthal. For stock items this intermediate step is skipped, because delivery follows directly on payment. We discuss both options together before you commit.
