Personal advice, not a shopping cart
Beds, sofas and made-to-measure furniture are better decided in person than online. That's why there are two ways for Embrach: the showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30 – 430 m², no appointment needed – or the free first visit at your home, including an initial concept. Either way, we advise in English, German, French and Italian and state prices and delivery dates openly.
What happens on delivery day in Embrach
We get in touch beforehand, arrive within the agreed time window and carry the parts to where they're going. Assembly happens on site, and we take the packaging material away again. The old bed goes onto the same van, free of charge, and we dispose of it. The bed is then ready to use. We work this way Switzerland-wide with our own team; how long it takes depends on availability – usually 48 hours, checked on the day, because the picture changes daily. We settle deliveries to postcode 8424 with a call on +41 44 211 47 57, and then give you the next available date.
Municipal Boundaries Change Nothing
Municipal boundaries say little about how we work: we advise and deliver in Lufingen, Oberembrach and Rorbas just as we do in Embrach, and the same team looks after the municipalities in the Zurich Unterland. The process stays the same even across cantonal borders. A shop in Embrach is not part of that — everything is shown at the one location in Zurich.

Do you run a branch in Embrach?
No, there is no branch in Embrach – everything is shown at the showroom in Zurich. Instead, the first visit to your home is standard practice and free of charge: we take measurements, note access and wishes, and then deliver an initial concept, without obligation and at no cost.
Do I need to book an appointment for the showroom?
No. Nüschelerstrasse 30 in Zurich is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, five minutes' walk from Main Station. Trying the beds and sofas is possible without an appointment, across 430 m² of showroom space and in four languages.
How quickly is it delivered?
Usually within 48 hours, once the model is available and the appointment is set. Stock items go out directly on payment, ordered items need production time. We tell you in advance which applies to your model of choice – we check availability on the day, because it changes constantly.
Can I pay in instalments?
Part payment is possible: a deposit on order, the remaining balance before delivery to Embrach. For stock items, payment is made and delivery follows directly. We settle the terms together beforehand, so nothing is left open. We answer questions about this by phone or at the free first visit to your home.
