Which of those happens at your home and which in the showroom is up to you.
Step 1: the Initial Consultation and the Visit to You
It starts with a question, not a quotation. Call or write to us about what's coming up – a new bed, a sofa, a whole room. We come to Wollishofen and look at the flat: measurements, lighting conditions, existing pieces, access routes for delivery. That produces an initial concept with suggestions, materials and a direction. We charge nothing for the initial consultation, the visit to you and the initial concept. Only once the direction suits you do we calculate a cost – but then in full, itemised rather than a flat sum. Consultations are available in English, German, French or Italian.
Step 2: Trying It in the Showroom
At some point, half an hour in the showroom is unavoidable. At Nüschelerstrasse 30, a five-minute walk from the main station, the models that appear in the concept stand on 430 square metres. Trying beds and sofas needs no appointment: we open daily except Sundays at 10 am, on weekdays until 7 pm and Saturday until 6 pm. How firmly a mattress really supports you, how deep a sofa is, how a cover looks in daylight: that's decided in the room, not on a screen. Whatever isn't on display, we go through with you using samples, fabric cards and manufacturer documentation.
Step 3: Deliver, Assemble, Take Away the Old Bed
Once the order stands, our own team takes over the rest. We deliver Switzerland-wide, usually within 48 hours, and assemble on site – we clarify stairwell, lift and parking beforehand, so nothing has to be improvised on delivery day. Part of the range is in our stock, beds above all; if your model is available, we deliver it as soon as payment is received. Stock changes daily, so we tell you availability in conversation, not through an online listing. We take the old bed away at delivery; disposal is free of charge. Payment is by arrangement, part payment included.

How long does it take from consultation to delivery?
We deliver and assemble stock items with our own team usually within 48 hours of payment. Individually configured furniture – cover, size, finish – needs production time; we give you the realistic date together with the quotation.
Do you take my old bed away?
Yes. When a new bed is delivered, we leave the flat with the old one: collection and proper disposal are free of charge, and you don't need to organise anything for it.
Do I need an appointment for a showroom visit?
No, trying beds and sofas needs no booking. You can drop by Monday to Friday between 10 am and 7 pm, Saturday between 10 am and 6 pm, at Nüschelerstrasse 30 in 8001 Zürich. For an in-depth planning consultation, an appointment is advisable.
