We don't hide that distance, but it changes little for you: consultation starts at your home on request, trying things out happens once in the showroom, and after that our own team handles delivery and assembly. "Do I even have to go to District 1 for furniture?"
Not for the first step. The initial consultation and first visit to you in Leimbach are free of charge, as is the initial concept that comes from it. We look at the rooms, take measurements and talk about what should stay. We still recommend coming to Nüschelerstrasse 30 once: a bed is judged lying down, a sofa sitting down, and both need a few minutes more than a quick test. The showroom lies a five-minute walk from the main station, covers 430 square metres, and is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm – no appointment needed.
"And if I don't want to decide right away?"
Then you don't decide right away. Trying beds and sofas with us isn't a sales appointment, but the part that needs time; coming back is explicitly welcome. Advice is available in English, German, French and Italian, since 2003 and by now for over 6'000 customers. We work with a deliberately small selection – DUXIANA, NUVOSETTE, Flou, King Koil, Dallagnese and a few more – so that the advice lives on experience rather than the size of the catalogue. What doesn't suit your space or your budget, we don't recommend.
"What happens after I order?"
Delivery and assembly are handled by our own team, Switzerland-wide and usually within 48 hours – to the Sihltal just as anywhere else. We have beds and many other products in stock; whether your model is currently available, we clarify on the day, because a blanket promise online wouldn't be honest. Payment can be made in instalments on request: a deposit on order, the rest before delivery; stock items go straight to you after payment. When you buy a bed, we take your old one away free of charge and dispose of it properly.
