There is no second location: advice and sales run solely from the showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30 in Zurich. For Zollikon, that means no trip to a local shop, but a free first visit at your home instead, from which an initial concept is created. We plan appointments on Lake Zurich's Gold Coast the same way.
From initial consultation to order
Step one: the initial consultation – by phone, in the showroom or free of charge at your home in Zollikon. Step two: the initial concept with measurements, models and prices, also at no cost. Step three: trying the beds at Nüschelerstrasse 30, weekdays between 10 am and 7 pm, Saturdays between 10 am and 6 pm, no appointment needed. Step four: the order, with part payment available on request – a deposit plus the balance before delivery. Advice is available throughout in English, German, French or Italian.
From order to assembly in Zollikon
Between order and assembly there's usually little time: 48 hours from availability is a guideline, not a fixed promise. If a model takes longer because it still has to be made, we say so beforehand on the phone. Delivery is handled by our own team, which also takes the packaging away and disposes of the old bed free of charge. A deposit on order with the balance before delivery is standard for ordered items. Our service doesn't stop at the municipal boundary: we also deliver and assemble in Küsnacht, Zumikon and Maur with the same team, from the first visit through to assembly. The same process applies to the municipalities on Lake Zurich's Gold Coast. There is no branch in Zollikon, though — our only location is the showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30, 8001 Zürich.

Do you run a branch office in Zollikon?
No. Imperial Interiors works from a single location, the showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30 in Zurich. For Zollikon, our team still handles everything on site: the first visit, measuring up, delivery and assembly – without you having to travel to Zurich yourself.
Do you also build made-to-measure furniture for Zollikon?
For fitted units, kitchens and bathrooms we work with two partners: Italian Fit Out for made-to-measure furniture and Schreinerei Sümi for the craftsmanship. Measurements are taken at the free first visit to your home; you then receive an initial concept, from which models and a realistic timeframe can be worked out.
How do I know whether a model is immediately available?
We check that on the day, because stock levels change constantly. That's why Imperial Interiors deliberately doesn't promise instant availability online. If your model of choice is in stock, we deliver it straight to Zollikon on payment; otherwise we give you the realistic date by phone.
What if access in Zollikon is tight or there's no lift?
Tell us beforehand – by phone or at the first visit. Our team factors in access, stairwell and floor before the delivery date is set, so nothing comes as a surprise on the day itself. That applies to a detached house in Zollikon just as much as to a fourth-floor flat with no lift.
