If your model of choice isn't in stock, we say so honestly instead of promising instant availability online that we can't keep. As soon as it's available, our own team delivers and assembles it in Unterägeri; the 48 hours usually apply from availability, as a general rule and without a guarantee for every model. We collect the old bed on the same trip, at no extra cost. Part payment is possible, while stock items go out immediately on payment. Do you run a branch office in Unterägeri?
No. Imperial Interiors works from a single location, the showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30 in Zurich. For Unterägeri, our team still handles everything on site: the first visit, measuring up, delivery and assembly – without you having to travel to Zurich yourself.
Do you also build made-to-measure furniture for Unterägeri?
For fitted units, kitchens and bathrooms we work with two partners: Italian Fit Out for made-to-measure furniture and Schreinerei Sümi for the craftsmanship. Measurements are taken at the free first visit to your home; you then receive an initial concept, from which models and a realistic timeframe can be worked out.
How do I know whether a model is immediately available?
We check that on the day, because stock levels change constantly. That's why Imperial Interiors deliberately doesn't promise instant availability online. If your model of choice is in stock, we deliver it straight to Unterägeri on payment; otherwise we give you the realistic date by phone.
What if access in Unterägeri is tight or there's no lift?
Tell us beforehand – by phone or at the first visit. Our team factors in access, stairwell and floor before the delivery date is set, so nothing comes as a surprise on the day itself. That applies to a detached house in Unterägeri just as much as to a fourth-floor flat with no lift.
