Appointments, payment, part payment
For stock items the rule is: payment first, then direct delivery to Steinhausen. For ordered items, part payment is available – pay a deposit when you order, then settle the balance before delivery. We agree the delivery date with you; our own team delivers and assembles Switzerland-wide, usually within 48 hours. The Same Process, Everywhere

Do you run a branch office in Steinhausen?
No. Imperial Interiors works from a single location, the showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30 in Zurich. For Steinhausen, our team still handles everything on site: the first visit, measuring up, delivery and assembly – without you having to travel to Zurich yourself.
Do you also build made-to-measure furniture for Steinhausen?
For fitted units, kitchens and bathrooms we work with two partners: Italian Fit Out for made-to-measure furniture and Schreinerei Sümi for the craftsmanship. Measurements are taken at the free first visit to your home; you then receive an initial concept, from which models and a realistic timeframe can be worked out.
How do I know whether a model is immediately available?
We check that on the day, because stock levels change constantly. That's why Imperial Interiors deliberately doesn't promise instant availability online. If your model of choice is in stock, we deliver it straight to Steinhausen on payment; otherwise we give you the realistic date by phone.
What if access in Steinhausen is tight or there's no lift?
