The first visit to your home is free of charge – so are the initial consultation and the initial concept that comes from it. We look at the room, the light, the floor plan and your existing furniture, take measurements and bring samples. You then know which models are even worth considering before you spend a single franc. No outside carrier to Stammheim
No outside carrier turns up at your door in Stammheim: our own team delivers, assembles and clears the packaging away again. The old bed goes with them on the same trip, free of charge. The same rule applies Switzerland-wide: delivery usually takes 48 hours from availability – we agree the exact time with you beforehand. Whether a model is in stock or still needs to be ordered, we check on the day and tell you honestly. Do you run a branch in Stammheim?
No, there is no branch in Stammheim – everything is shown at the showroom in Zurich. Instead, the first visit to your home is standard practice and free of charge: we take measurements, note access and wishes, and then deliver an initial concept, without obligation and at no cost.
Do I need to book an appointment for the showroom?
No. Nüschelerstrasse 30 in Zurich is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, five minutes' walk from Main Station. Trying the beds and sofas is possible without an appointment, across 430 m² of showroom space and in four languages.
How quickly is it delivered?
Usually within 48 hours, once the model is available and the appointment is set. Stock items go out directly on payment, ordered items need production time. We tell you in advance which applies to your model of choice – we check availability on the day, because it changes constantly.
Can I pay in instalments?
Part payment is possible: a deposit on order, the remaining balance before delivery to Stammheim. For stock items, payment is made and delivery follows directly. We settle the terms together beforehand, so nothing is left open. We answer questions about this by phone or at the free first visit to your home.
