Plan first, then try the beds
Many customers from Stäfa start at home: a free first visit, an assessment of the situation, an initial concept. Only after that do they come to Nüschelerstrasse 30 and try two or three specific models, instead of working through the whole showroom. The showroom is open weekdays from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, no appointment needed. Advice is available in English, German, French or Italian.
Our own team, not a carrier
Delivery is handled by people who work for us and know the products – not by a changing carrier. That applies to Stäfa just as it does to the rest of Switzerland. You get one point of contact, an agreed appointment and, as a rule, 48 hours from availability to delivery. Assembly, taking the packaging away and the free removal of your old bed are all included. What's Where
Everything is on display at our single location, Nüschelerstrasse 30 in 8001 Zürich; there is no branch in Stäfa. Delivery and assembly, meanwhile, happen at your home, in Stäfa, in Männedorf, Hombrechtikon and Oetwil am See and on Lake Zurich's Gold Coast. For stock items, it starts directly on payment; otherwise, part payment is available on request.

Do you deliver to Stäfa?
Yes. We deliver and assemble Switzerland-wide with our own team, usually within 48 hours of availability – Stäfa included. We agree the appointment with you beforehand, assembly happens right where it's going, and we take the packaging away again. We don't use outside carriers for this.
Do you have a branch in Stäfa?
No – there is no branch, only the one showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30 in Zurich. Even so, someone comes to you in Stäfa: the first visit to your home costs nothing, we look at the room, the light and the floor plan, take measurements, bring samples and put together an initial concept from that – also free of charge and without obligation to buy.
What does the consultation cost?
Nothing. The initial consultation, the first visit to your home and the initial concept are free of charge, whether you buy afterwards or not. Advice is available in English, German, French and Italian. At the showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30 you can also try the beds and sofas at any time without an appointment.
What happens to my old bed?
We take it away at delivery, free of charge, and dispose of it properly. You don't need to have it dismantled or take it away yourself, and there's no need for a second appointment. Our team assembles the new bed, clears away the packaging and loads the old one on at the same time.
