From initial consultation to order
Step one: the initial consultation – by phone, in the showroom or free of charge at your home in Schwerzenbach. Step two: the initial concept with measurements, models and prices, also at no cost. Step three: trying the beds at Nüschelerstrasse 30, weekdays between 10 am and 7 pm, Saturdays between 10 am and 6 pm, no appointment needed. Step four: the order, with part payment available on request – a deposit plus the balance before delivery. Advice is available throughout in English, German, French or Italian.
Appointment first, delivery after
First we agree the appointment together, only then do we deliver to Schwerzenbach – not the other way round. Our own team assembles on site, clears away the packaging and the old bed, and disposes of the latter free of charge. As a rule, 48 hours pass from availability to delivery; that's a guideline, not a firm promise. Stock items go out directly on payment, while ordered items allow for part payment. Two Ways to Get Advice
From Schwerzenbach, two routes lead to us: a visit to the showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30, open Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday 10 am to 6 pm, or the free first visit at your home. The same applies to Dübendorf, Fällanden and Greifensee as well as to the municipalities in the Glattal and Furttal. Schwerzenbach itself has no branch of ours.

Does trying the beds in the showroom need an appointment?
No. Trying the beds and sofas is possible without booking ahead, Monday to Friday between 10 am and 7 pm and Saturday between 10 am and 6 pm. From Schwerzenbach, the trip to Main Station is worth it – the showroom is only five minutes' walk away.
Is the showroom your only shop, or is there one in Schwerzenbach?
The showroom is the only shop; we don't run one in Schwerzenbach. From Nüschelerstrasse 30 in Zurich, our team still travels to Schwerzenbach regularly – for the first visit, delivery and assembly.
How long does it take from order to delivery in Schwerzenbach?
That depends on the model. Stock items go out practically straight away on payment, ordered items need production time. 48 hours from availability serves as a guideline, but that's the general rule and not a guarantee – we tell you the exact timing before the purchase.
Do I pay everything at once, or can it be done in steps?
In steps too: a deposit on order, the balance before delivery. Only for items already in stock do you pay the full amount at once, but delivery then follows almost immediately. We clarify the details at the initial consultation or by phone.
