Between order and assembly there's usually little time: 48 hours from availability is a guideline, not a fixed promise. If a model takes longer because it still has to be made, we say so beforehand on the phone. Delivery is handled by our own team, which also takes the packaging away and disposes of the old bed free of charge. A deposit on order with the balance before delivery is standard for ordered items. Yes, no appointment is needed. The showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30 is open weekdays 10 am to 7 pm, Saturdays 10 am to 6 pm, five minutes' walk from Main Station. Across 430 m² you can try the beds and sofas without booking ahead, with advice available in four languages.
