Honest about delivery time
48 hours is the general rule, not a guarantee for every model. What's in stock can go straight to you in Horgen on payment; what has to be ordered needs production time. We tell you both before the purchase, not after. Our own team handles delivery and assembly Switzerland-wide, we remove the old bed free of charge, and part payment is possible. Everything is on display at our single location, Nüschelerstrasse 30 in 8001 Zürich; there is no branch in Horgen. Delivery and assembly, meanwhile, happen at your home, in Horgen, in Oberrieden, Wädenswil and Thalwil and on the Zimmerberg. For stock items, it starts directly on payment; otherwise, part payment is available on request.

Do you run a branch in Horgen?
No, there is no branch in Horgen – everything is shown at the showroom in Zurich. Instead, the first visit to your home is standard practice and free of charge: we take measurements, note access and wishes, and then deliver an initial concept, without obligation and at no cost.
Do I need to book an appointment for the showroom?
No. Nüschelerstrasse 30 in Zurich is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, five minutes' walk from Main Station. Trying the beds and sofas is possible without an appointment, across 430 m² of showroom space and in four languages.
How quickly is it delivered?
Usually within 48 hours, once the model is available and the appointment is set. Stock items go out directly on payment, ordered items need production time. We tell you in advance which applies to your model of choice – we check availability on the day, because it changes constantly.
Can I pay in instalments?
Part payment is possible: a deposit on order, the remaining balance before delivery to Horgen. For stock items, payment is made and delivery follows directly. We settle the terms together beforehand, so nothing is left open. We answer questions about this by phone or at the free first visit to your home.
