Only after that is a showroom visit to try the beds worthwhile. We have worked this way since 2003, delivered and assembled by our own team, including in the Zurich Weinland.
Part payment: how it works
Ordered goods are paid in two steps: a deposit on order, the balance shortly before delivery to Henggart. Stock items work differently – here payment happens before delivery, but it's usually quicker. Which applies, we clarify at the initial consultation, not at the till. We prefer to discuss any open questions about payment in person, whether by phone, at home or at Nüschelerstrasse 30.
When a model first has to become available
If your model of choice isn't in stock, we say so honestly instead of promising instant availability online that we can't keep. As soon as it's available, our own team delivers and assembles it in Henggart; the 48 hours usually apply from availability, as a general rule and without a guarantee for every model. We collect the old bed on the same trip, at no extra cost. Part payment is possible, while stock items go out immediately on payment. Same Effort, Same Routes
Whether the address is in Henggart or in Andelfingen, Dorf and Hettlingen makes no difference to us: our delivery and assembly team visits either way, usually within 48 hours of availability, and with free removal of your old bed when you buy one. The municipalities in the Zurich Weinland are also part of our service area. We do not maintain a location of our own in Henggart, though — advice is given at the showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30 or at your home.

Frequently asked questions
Does delivery within 48 hours also apply to Henggart?
As a rule yes, once the model is available and an appointment is set – for Henggart just as for any other address in Switzerland. That's not a guarantee, though: some models need production time, and we tell you that before the purchase, not after.
Is my old bed disposed of properly, or just taken away?
Disposed of properly, not just taken away. Our team takes it with them, free of charge, at delivery to Henggart and handles the disposal. You don't need to drive to a collection point, have it dismantled, or arrange a second appointment.
Is your showroom also in Henggart, or only in Zurich?
Only in Zurich, at Nüschelerstrasse 30 – there's no second location in Henggart. Anyone who'd rather skip the trip gets the free first visit at home instead, complete with samples and an initial concept.
Do you also advise in French or Italian?
Yes, among others in French and Italian, as well as German and English – in the showroom just as much as at the first visit in Henggart. Let us know beforehand which language suits you, and we'll make sure you get the right advice.
