Advice in four languages – for Flaach and the surrounding area
English, German, French and Italian – the initial consultation, the home visit and advice in the showroom all run in these four languages alike. The first conversation, the first visit in Flaach and the initial concept are free of charge; you then decide without any time pressure. The same applies to Berg am Irchel, Volken and Andelfingen. Prefer to visit Nüschelerstrasse 30 yourself? Drop in without an appointment, weekdays until 7 pm and Saturdays until 6 pm. Questions about measurements, delivery or part payment can be settled at the same appointment.
What happens on delivery day in Flaach
We get in touch beforehand, arrive within the agreed time window and carry the parts to where they're going. Assembly happens on site, and we take the packaging material away again. The old bed goes onto the same van, free of charge, and we dispose of it. The bed is then ready to use. We work this way Switzerland-wide with our own team; how long it takes depends on availability – usually 48 hours, checked on the day, because the picture changes daily. Around Flaach
Our service doesn't stop at the municipal boundary: we also deliver and assemble in Berg am Irchel, Volken and Andelfingen with the same team, from the first visit through to assembly. The same process applies to the municipalities in the Zurich Weinland. There is no branch in Flaach, though — our only location is the showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30, 8001 Zürich.

Do you deliver to Flaach?
Yes. We deliver and assemble Switzerland-wide with our own team, usually within 48 hours of availability – Flaach included. We agree the appointment with you beforehand, assembly happens right where it's going, and we take the packaging away again. We don't use outside carriers for this.
Do you have a branch in Flaach?
No – there is no branch, only the one showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30 in Zurich. Even so, someone comes to you in Flaach: the first visit to your home costs nothing, we look at the room, the light and the floor plan, take measurements, bring samples and put together an initial concept from that – also free of charge and without obligation to buy.
What does the consultation cost?
Nothing. The initial consultation, the first visit to your home and the initial concept are free of charge, whether you buy afterwards or not. Advice is available in English, German, French and Italian. At the showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30 you can also try the beds and sofas at any time without an appointment.
What happens to my old bed?
We take it away at delivery, free of charge, and dispose of it properly. You don't need to have it dismantled or take it away yourself, and there's no need for a second appointment. Our team assembles the new bed, clears away the packaging and loads the old one on at the same time.
