Why can't I find an address of yours in Dachsen?
Because there isn't one: sales and advice run solely from the showroom in Zurich, Nüschelerstrasse 30. Our team still comes out for Dachsen though – for the first visit, measuring up, delivery and assembly.
Do I have to speak German to get advice?
No, the team advises just as much in English, French and Italian, not only German. That applies to Dachsen just as it does in the showroom: simply tell us which language suits you, and the right team member takes over.
How are the deposit and balance worked out?
We discuss the deposit, balance and delivery date before the order, so nothing is left open. That applies to deliveries to Dachsen just as much as to stock items, which are delivered directly on payment.
