Stock items are here: if your model is in stock, we deliver it as soon as payment is received, with our own team and usually within 48 hours. Which models that applies to on a given day keeps changing – so we make no online promise of immediate availability, but tell you the current state in the showroom or by phone. The second route is made to order: cover, size, finish of your choice. That needs production time, which we give you together with the quotation. If you're under time pressure, it's best to say so right at the start.
Advice Without Having to Come Into Town First
You don't have to go to District 1 first to get started. We come to Oerlikon: we look at the rooms, take measurements and put forward an initial concept. That costs nothing – neither the initial consultation, nor the visit, nor the concept ever appears on an invoice later. We advise in English, German, French and Italian. A showroom visit still makes sense once things get concrete: trying beds and sofas replaces any description, and you need no appointment for it. We open at 10 am Monday to Friday and close at 7 pm, Saturday at 6 pm.
Delivery and Assembly in Zurich North
Delivery is handled by our own team, not a contracted haulier – that makes scheduling simpler and assembly more reliable. We deliver Switzerland-wide and usually within 48 hours, assemble on site and set the furniture up ready to use. You don't have to worry about the old bed: we take it away free of charge and see to its proper disposal. We clarify access, lift and floor before the appointment.
