The Asado Principle – and What azado Makes of It
With asado, the food doesn't sit directly over the flame but over the embers, and temperature is regulated by distance rather than a dial. azado translates that into a height-adjustable grate: the distance to the embers is set steplessly – closer to sear, higher to cook through. We show azado in the showroom at Nüschelerstrasse 30, a five-minute walk from the main station – you can drop by without booking ahead. There you see size, material thickness and workmanship, rather than inferring them from a spec sheet; the height of the work surface, too, is better judged standing up than on paper. Delivery is throughout Switzerland, set up by our own team – for available equipment usually within 48 hours, otherwise following the manufacturer's production time. Payment is by arrangement; part payment can be set up. If you're reorganising the outdoor space anyway, it's best to discuss grill and furniture in the same appointment.
